Podere Pietreta offers several comfortable apartments of various sizes, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and independent entrances and a dependance, also located in the large park of Pietreta.
Each apartment of the Casale di Podere Pietreta is located in such a way as to ensure complete privacy for guests: each one, in fact, is placed on one side of the Casale. All our guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the Val d’Orcia.
The interiors are elegantly furnished with authentic period furniture recovered by the owners from the family inheritances and the Tuscan farmhouses, the kitchens are in hand-worked stone. The fireplace is an essential element in the living rooms of each apartment.
All guests can enjoy a large exclusive outdoor area where they can have their meals in the shade of a gazebo/umbrella and where, if they want to cook outdoors, they have their own private barbecue.
Each accommodation has independent heating and free Wi-Fi.
Guests have access to the panoramic swimming pool (mt. 6x12), surrounded by a magnificent English lawn.
For the use of our guests there is also a laundry room complete with all equipment (washing machine, sink, drying racks, ironing board, steam iron, etc.).
It is possible to request breakfast, which is served in the morning in the characteristic wicker baskets directly in the rooms and apartments. Breakfast can be requested, at the same price, sweet or savory: it includes milk, coffee, fruit, yogurt as well as cakes, biscuits, jams or Tuscan cold cuts and local pecorino.
To safeguard the guests' tranquility, Pietreta does not have a restaurant inside the structure, but some of the best typical restaurants in the area offer special agreements to Podere Pietreta customers.
Rates include: consumption (electricity, water, gas), bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, wood for the fireplace, wi-fi, VAT, final cleaning.
Heating: from October to April there is a cost for heating which varies according to the apartments.
