The old mill and pasta factory
Not far from Podere Pietreta, it is possible to visit an old mill and an artisan pasta factory managed by a family-run business that has been going on for generations.
The mill is in b where cereals such as durum wheat, soft wheat, spelled, oats and barley are grown in rotation with grain legumes such as chickpeas, lentils, beans and Alexandrian clover, in addition to the cultivation of olive trees and vines.
The mill stands today in the building that once housed the agricultural tool shed of the tenant grandparents. With the help of a local guide, it will be possible to visit and experience the estates, the mill and the artisan pasta factory and follow the entire pasta production chain.
